Job Description
For several years, Ubisoft has set up tools and teams around data to improve the players' experience, and recently decided to take a new step to better mutualize, share and exploit these initiatives with the creation of a Data team attached directly to the CEO.
We are creating a Data Transformation Office which mission will be to facilitate the transformation of the company toward a better data informed culture. To create this office, we are looking for a Program Manager to lead our first transversal data initiative around our Free to Play games. Through the animation of several virtual teams comprised of business and technical stakeholders, you will:
Align the program objectives with Business Priorities
- Collaborate with the Director Consumer & Products to define, understand & refine business requirements;
- Responsible for engaging with business key stakeholders to drive program prioritization;
- Act as a change agent for a stronger data governance and toward a data informed culture in the company.
Manage the Data Program Portfolio
- Define the program strategy and organize all the needed project phases to deliver the required outcome;
- Develop, implement and monitor the needed project framework to reach the program deliverables;
- Ensure appropriate levels of resources support for timely project delivery, operations maintenance and issues resolution;
- Manage all risk and issues that arise over the course of the program life cycle, including devising mitigation plans and actions to resolve;
- Be responsible for establishing change management plans in collaboration with business teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration (PMP certification highly preferred);
- With minimum 6+ year experience in complex program or projects management in international companies and/or consulting firms;
- Strong ability to understand and align the broader objectives of the program with business and strategic goals;
- Ability to drive cross functional teams across large organizations;
- Ability to work in a fast changing, international and multicultural environment;
- Demonstrates strong leadership, inter-cultural communication and presentation skills;
- Demonstrates a result oriented, problem-solving attitude and disciplined decision-making;
- Fluent in English.
Bonus:
- Experience on creating and executing data governance organizational change management strategies as part of a larger transformation;
- Proven skills in data analytics.
