Data Product Manager

Playtika is looking for an Data Product Manager to join the Data division.

The Data division responsible for developing Playtika Data Platform to manage all Playtika’s studios data. The platform utilizes cutting edge technology for data movement, data management and data visualization. These tools ensure high quality of data to support decision making process and reduce time to market of new features.

We are looking for data product managers with experience, an innovative mindset, a proactive, and an end-to-end product approach.

In this position you will oversees the full lifecycle of how data is used within Playtika organization. Responsible for defining strategy, governance, and implementation of anything data-related. Facilitate the conversations between all impacted stakeholders in all divisions. As data product manager you will be responsible to define business analytics, drive platform development, research technology and build infrastructure for AI/Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Translating the requirements of large data initiatives into smaller, actionable pieces
• Define data platform roadmap, prioritize backlog and lead the development cycle
• Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, AI, BI/BA, etc.) to gather requirments
• Ensure product meets the specified requirements and create success metrics
• Maintain a deep understanding of the data platforms market, the eco-system, and the business environment
• Lead discovery work around MVP for any new data tools

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering complex SaaS products
• Natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities. Self-driven and feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions
• strong communication skills who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)
• Technical knowledge in data solution context (Data ingestion, ETL process, data quality, etc.)
• Experience building platform services to support various engineering teams
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to detail.
• Experience in working with AI solutions – advantage
• BSC in Engineering/Computer science – Advantage
