As a Data Product Manager at Playtika you will take part and manage projects in various aspects of data-oriented solutions.
From streaming data consumers up to data infrastructure projects and data dashboards, serving teams around the world, games & management.
You will work withPlaytika’s professional teams built from data engineers, data scientists, BI engineers, Business analysts, IT, Security, Marketing and management teams.
You will partner with Playtika’s domain experts and top-level business professionals in the gaming and online marketing industries.
Responsibilities
- Gather, design, and manage the product requirements
- Utilize data management capabilities to consolidate the different aspects of our data products
- Initiate new products and “sell” across the organization
- Be part of the data platform’s management team, main data pipes in Playtika
- Promote best practices in data modeling and products execution
- Integrate the business goals with the different professional teams, spread globally (BI, DE, DS, Infra, IT etc. )
- Champion the overall strategy for data governance, security, and quality that ensure requirements are met.
- Collaborating with our architects to capture, transform and consume data for ML and R&D.
Requirements
- Experience in developing & managing data pipelines: 3+ years
- Strong understanding of the Big Data ecosystems (especially Kafka, Avro, ORC, Parquet, Vertica, and Presto) and related technologies with +2 years of experience
- Strong working knowledge of SQL or SQL-like data management languages with +5 years of experience
- Project management experience – 2+ years
- Experience with developing large scale distributed systems
- Passion for data engineering automation and efficiency, self-starter, loves challenges, independent, tech-savvy
- BSc in industrial engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in UI\UX- Advantage
- Product lifecycle management- Advantage
