As a Data Product director at Playtika you will manage a team of product managers and lead projects in various aspects of data-oriented solutions to innovate and execute product across the company.
You will work with data engineers, data scientists, BI engineers, Business analysts, IT, Architects, Marketing and management teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and strategy of data solutions across Playtika
- Lead a team of product managers and product owners
- Partner closely with Business unites, BA, engineering, BI, Operations and UX to define the annual and quarterly goals, execute the road map and deliver robust, scalable, high quality products to impact Playtika growth
- Collaborating with our architects and AI lab to build a unified infrastructure and projects
- Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring and coaching
Requirements
- BSc in industrial engineering, related technical field, or equivalent
- Experience in Product management and in building and delivering the strategy and road map of data solutions: 5+ years
- Experience in balancing out product priorities against budget and timelines, and a sense of urgency in driving execution
- Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas
- Excellent communication skills
- Map the business needs and execute advanced solutions leveraging AI/ML/Statistical models
- Experience with developing large scale distributed systems especially Kafka, Avro, ORC, Parquet, Vertica, and Presto) and related technologies
