Job Description
The position is located in Saint Mandé and more specifically within the Ubisoft Data Office team and the "Brand" project which is in charge of creating and maintaining marketing data in order to share it with the consumer teams (marketing, sales, production...).
As a data expert, you will be responsible for the quality of the information provided. Also, your objective will be to understand the data ecosystem, its state and detect issues in order to, in a second step, accompany the data consumers in order to guarantee a good use of the data.
To do so, you will have to:
- Define and promote a common language.
- Organize the implementation of solutions to correct the existing situation (with posteriori processing, but also upstream with governance methods to be developed)
- Implement tools that will facilitate your future tasks. You will have the freedom to use existing tools or to create new ones with a mindset turned towards automation.
Missions
- Understand the analytical needs of the company's various businesses and their ecosystems ;
- Maintain a knowledge base of the different data, their respective management rules and their life cycle. You will describe, document and explain the data flows ;
- Participate in the industrialization of marketing and media data by identifying sources and requirements ;
- Ensure proper understanding of data provided to teams and best practices ;
- Demonstrate pedagogy and assertiveness in order to create long term collaborations.
Qualifications
- You master data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, Sparks ;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work with all types of people and to explain things with simple terms if necessary ;
- You understand business needs and have the ability to make complex information accessible ;
- You like to find automated solutions to facilitate your work ;
- English (spoken and written) is a must.
Bonus
- Knowing how to use visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI...) would be appreciated ;
- Notions such as "viewership", "awareness", "audience" are not unknown to you.

Recruitment process
[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with a the manager of the role and a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : Technical test
[60 minutes] : final interview with the department director
