Job Description
As Data Director within the Ubisoft Annecy Studio team, you will be responsible for all activities involving data intelligence. You will work on the main aspects concerning Data, both in Game Intelligence, in Production Intelligence and in Business and Market Intelligence.
Thus, you will be the face of Data in the Annecy Studio from an internal and external point of view and facilitate the transformation towards a Data-informed culture within the teams.
As the studio's main point of contact with other Data Intelligence structures within the Ubisoft group, you will contribute to the strategic watch of this area and communicate important updates within the studio.
You will also contribute to the strategy of the studio data team and support their growth and evolution towards excellence in their work.
From an operational point of view, your missions will be:
- Overseeing data analytics activities by managing (directly or indirectly) the resources embedded in our projects and monitor their backlog and contributions to ensure analysts and data are leveraged effectively
- Monitor and help improve processes with productions to optimize efficiency
- Helping the top management of the projects to consolidate their strategy thanks to the analysis perspective
- Defining standards and ensure convergence on methodologies and technical aspects (database, visualization tools, data collection, programming language)
- Working with the Production Manager on roadmaps and staffing plans to anticipate project needs and the evolution of the analysis team
- Collaborating with experts and support production, quality and user research departments in the structure to consolidate and provide an accurate vision on project progress reports

To be relevant in your analyzes you know how to work with a variety of tools (good knowledge of SQL, Python, reporting tools and data transformation) in order to process a large, complex and multidimensional data set.
You have the determination to bring your analyzes within the studio in a proactive way to develop practices and bring real added value to the studio's various projects.
Your ability to communicate and present results by adapting your speech to your interlocutors (technical and non-technical) will allow you to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Being an international studio and company, a fluent level of English is necessary to feel fully comfortable in this role (oral and written) and to interact with all of our teams, from 24 different nationalitie
