About the Team
The Product Data Science team plays a fundamental role in our product development process. Our data scientists use terabytes of data from several sources to provide answers to our most pressing questions: What drives our players' behavior? What features should we implement in our games? How can we estimate the impact of the changes we deploy to our products?
About the Role
Self-service analytics is a key area in product development and operation at Wildlife: we are analytical and data-driven in our product decisions, so allowing for fast and flexible data access through reports and dashboards is essential. Your job is to improve our pipelines and build visualization tools that are integrated by efficient data models, and ensure performance even as the data volumes grow.

What you’ll do
- Define a roadmap and lead it's implementation for a world-class data analytics platform
- Build solution driven views and dashboards in Looker to support the Product team
- Hire and manage data analysts to deliver on complex analytical requests
- Build ETL pipelines while ensuring that collected data is within required quality standards
- Support business users to answer complex business questions via Looker and using ad-hoc SQL queries
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers and data scientists to help Wildlife make the best and most successful mobile game in the world
- Work in a challenging and fun environment to produce exceptional results
What you'll need
- You have 3+ years of experience working as a data scientist or data analyst on technically challenging problems
- Your knowledge of statistics solid
- You combine technical knowledge and business savvy
- You have great coding skills, and are familiar with scripting languages (Python, R), distributed computing (Spark, Presto or Hive) and version control (Git);
