Crystal Dynamics is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly organized Data Analyst with demonstrable analytics experience to take on an important role in guiding the live service of our next AAA title.

Responsibilities:
- Works with the Monetization and Marketing teams to optimize KPIs with the best player experience in mind.
- Assembles data from multiple sources, conducts analyses, performs research, designs, documents and implements analytical solution.
- Develop and maintain scripts and queries to import, manipulate, clean, transform data from different sources.
- Presents conclusions to the Analytics and Data Science Lead and key stakeholders in a clear, understandable, and valuable way. Tells compelling stories supported by data using visualization tools.
- Takes responsibility and ownership for their active projects, always looking for new problems to solve and new concepts to implement.
- Builds metrics reporting systems and tracks process improvements across the team.
- Communicates clearly (and as often as needed) with team members and business stakeholders.
- Builds strong relationships across the data analyst community, to share knowledge and learn from others.
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years in an analytical role.
- A deep passion for gaming.
- Expert data visualization techniques for charts and reports.
- Data Analysis - good knowledge of tools used for discovering data patterns and correlations through statistical methods.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred.
- Good math and analytical skills including statistics, simulation, and optimization.
