Data Analyst

Data Analyst position lies at the forefront of supporting game design and business decisions with quantitative data insights. Working closely with the Live Product teams you will develop and monitor key game KPIs and metrics, help us better understand behaviour of the player, gain insights into user segmentation, design and run A/B tests as well as be the focal point of all thing data related. As a part of the Insights team you will ensure best Data & Analytics practices are established and followed by being inquiring, critical and focused on data driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Be the champion of the data-driven approach to game design and Live Product business decision making
- Design in-game tracking specifications and oversee their correct implementation
- Build, automate, maintain and own dashboards and reporting structure for key game health metrics
- Closely work together with game design, LiveOps and marketing teams to define the key operational metrics and select appropriate statistical and experimental methods to evaluate the impact of features and LiveOps events

- Analyze vast amounts of game data to provide actionable insights in user behaviour and segmentation, and and translate them into impactful initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of player experience and engagement
- D esign and run A/B tests on new events, features, offers etc
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong analytical, reporting and visualization skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL, working knowledge of Python is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of statistics, probability theory and hypothesis testing frameworks
- Some exposure to behavioural analytics platforms (Amplitude/MixPanel etc)
- Good knowledge of data visualization / business intelligence tool(s) ( Tableau/Power Bi/Looker etc)
- Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions (Snowflake/MS Azure/AWS Redshift etc)
Nice to have:
- Experience working in gaming or mobile industry (or similar industry with focus on customer behaviour analytics)
- Passion for video games
- Desire to work in a unique “AAA Start-up” environment – we run lean, and expect that you know when to jump in, when to ask for help, and when to seek external solutions
