Data Analyst Team Leader

As a Data Analyst Team Leader you will manage a team of Data Analysts under the Head of Production. A top-notch Data Analyst team, responsible for everything that is happening in our production. Investigating the most complex challenges for millions of active users and over a billion daily events from multiple sources. You will help drive informed business decisions, impact bottom-line results, and lead the analysis teams at the forefront of the gaming industry. You will collaborate with all business units from Product, CRM, Marketing, Data Scientists and the Security team to leverage insights, research anomaly behaviours and deliver real time decisions.

Responsibilities

• 70-80% of the time will be used for HO
• Recruit, build and lead a team of Data Analysts who perform an in-depth business performance analysis
• Analyze large, complex data sets representing users’ behavior, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions
• Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product road-maps
• Work closely with the R&D team
• Proactively push to improve and refine performance of your team
• Find the needle in the haystack, solve complicated challenges in parallel under the stress of a high scale Production system environment
• Deliver actionable intelligence

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a Data Analyst Team Leader
• At least 6 years experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills, experience in querying large, complex data sets
• BA in Industrial Engineering or Computer science
• Outstanding analytical & technical skills
• Expert with data analysis and visualization using Looker and/or SuperSet
• Experienced with Big Data pipe, tools and data modeling – Advantage
• From time to time needs to work out of the regular office hours and weekends
