Job Description
Summary
The analyst will be responsible for gathering, structuring and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the optimization of our Ecosystem initiatives. This includes the design and management of tagging, tracking and web analytics solutions, to ascertain behavioral responses to internal and external initiatives and effect on engagement and conversion. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders and among cross-functional teams, including project teams, finance and User Research Lab.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with communication teams to define key metrics, identify trends and opportunities across all Social Media channels;
- Produce Core and Adhoc reporting across the Studios; providing relevant, accurate and timely data to facilitate informed business decisions;
- Support Studio teams with the development and production of business reporting;
- To develop and maintain reports, schedules and dashboards using various reporting solutions, providing relevant, accurate and timely business performance data;
- Lead the development and management of reporting standards, processes, templates and knowledge/data sources to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
- Lead the development and maintenance of best practices in the presentation and delivery of data;
- Lead the interpretation of data to provide the Management Team with analysis, insight and recommended actions;
- Responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that ensure cross-departmental efforts are effectively driving incremental engagement and conversion;
- Develop and implement tagging / web analytics code to enable tracking of online properties; ensure relevant traffic and key performance metrics are captured in order to provide actionable insights; document all data standards and processes as appropriate and audit when necessary;
- Coordinate efforts to define campaigns tracking governance across online channels; maintain page tagging standards and build business processes to streamline tag deployment across web properties
- Perform & continuously improve data management and synthesis to enable good data governance and accurate reporting on various Business Intelligence solutions;
- Create, manage and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Social, Adobe Catalyst,…) and reporting/analysis platforms (Microstrategy, Tableau, SQL, Excel, …)
Skills and Knowledge
Business school or University degree in technical or quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Experience in data manipulation, data mining of large & complex data sets (cost control for instance);
- In depth knowledge of data mining tools (SQL, Excel, Business Objects, Tableau);
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of budgeting and ROI;
- Business Intelligence: Strong quantitative skills, and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods, qualitative methods, and quantitative analysis techniques, as well as predictive modelling.

- Experience in web analytics requirements gathering, solution design and implementation; solid experience in the area of online visitor intelligence / behavior, tracking/tagging;
- Tag Management solutions knowledge a plus;
- Strong quantitative skills, and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods, qualitative methods, and quantitative analysis techniques;
- In depth knowledge of SQL and Excel; programming experience and knowledge of Tableau a plus.
