Job Description
As a cyber-fraud analyst part of Security & Risk Management Team – SRM, you’ll be joining the Online Services Account Activity responsible for developing and operating the Ubisoft Account. Supported by the Information & Corporate Security Team. You will be acting as a key member of the Fraud & Investigation Oversight within the Account.
In this position you will be collaborating closely with the Account team members and production services. Your role is to manage and mitigate cyber-fraud threats by detecting, preventing, investigating and proactively responding to threats/attacks targeting Ubisoft’s Account Activity and our players. You will be focusing on digital fraud, bot mitigation, and risk-based authentication to prevent fake account creation, account takeover, and in-game fraud. You will also take part in the development of processes, methodology, and implementation of fraud prevention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with Account team and Enterprise Data teams to identify malicious tactics, techniques, and procedures, and build solutions to protect our players and Ubisoft from new and emerging fraud and abuse;
- Assist Ubisoft teams to clearly understand identified risks and to develop effective remediation strategies that balance business needs with the level of risk identified;
- Develop and maintain reporting metrics, scorecards and dashboards to communicate project risks and remediation activity status to management in non-technical business language;
- Innovate and enhance the development and implementation of policies and procedures to limit the risk of fraud;
- Perform business impact analyses and conduct fraud risk assessments.
- Assist management to identify fraud prevention strategies to better address common risk areas;
- Create fraud awareness and training.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in one or more fraud prevention positions, law enforcement agencies or cyber security roles is a must;
- Deep understanding of online fraud indicators and abuse;
- Experience in developing operational processes and technical documentation;
- Basic familiarity with the law, litigation and other corporate and human resources related legal matters;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Demonstrate motivation through your involvement in the security and fraud communities – certifications, industry conferences.
