Cyber Security Program Manager Intern
San Diego, CA
Responsibilities:
- Partner with product management, product owners, and program partners to define scope, objectives and metrics for success for new and existing programs within the Information Security organization
- Work with product management and partners to develop and drive consensus around cloud security based solutions to security-by-design challenges
- Work with various Security teams such as Security Engineering, Vulnerability Management, Risk and Compliance, Product Security, as well as the PMO to implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues and risks to program partners
- Analyze operational data and extract impactful operational insight
- Assist in the support of Security programs addressing Container Security in the Cloud, Web Security, and Continuous Integration and Delivery Pipeline Security
Qualifications:
- Motivated, organized self-starter with the ability to tackle routine or complicated problems effectively. Must be results driven.
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well organized, strong attention to detail, and analytical.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and derive feedback into a directive course of action
- Must excel in conflict resolution, negotiation, and people management.
- Ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics around program or project status
