Our development studio is in Montreal, and we are building one of the top teams in the industry. We are funded by the leading angel, institutional investors, and gaming companies from across the world. (Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Sybo Games). We are rapidly growing our Montreal studio, and looking for world class talent to come join us.
We are looking for talented Customer Support Specialists who will be taking care of our most important asset, our players!
Your work will include, but not be limited to:Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chatIdentify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresAnalyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customersMonitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistanceShare feature requests and effective workarounds with team membersInform customers about new features and functionalitiesFollow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedGather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
