Our Customer Support Representative will take care of the players and issues they may face. It is the first step of getting feedback on the product and team vision to create hit mobile games together with development partners.


Your Future at Tilting Point

  • Quickly handle customer service requests in a professional manner in Zendesk
  • Have productive conversations with our key users to understand how they perceive the game and advocate to development teams their point of view
  • Be the go to person for critical communications with whales and highly engaged players in our games
  • Become an expert for the games published by Tilting Point Russia and our internal tools
  • Apply your knowledge to current and new Player Support projects
  • Act as the Customer Support expert and regularly communicate findings to the Team Lead of Customer Support Service
  • Identify the most common issues based on player feedback, regularly prepare internal reports (internal escalations of high priority or frequent issues from Customer Support) and escalate issues quickly and efficiently
  • Monitor discussions and trends within internal chats related to game development or Customer Service matters

Your XP & skills:

  • Ability and desire to work with texts in various foreign languages
  • Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English is a must
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be handy
  • To be or desire to be tech savvy
  • To be familiar with major mobile platforms UIs
  • To be a fast learning, result oriented person with passion for games
