Customer Support Agent with English - Freelance

Keywords Player Support is a fast-growing service line of the Keywords Studios company that offers customer service positions in the exciting gaming industry!

Pioneers & Leaders for over 20 years, we have been the premier international provider of services for companies that publish and develop MMOs, virtual worlds, social games, casual games, mobile games and transmedia content. We also provide services to online payment and virtual goods providers.

We are looking for Customer Support Agents with excellent Spanish skills ready to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide superb Customer Support to customers for related queries they may have. Along with the regular queries, the support may include potentially disturbing content that is intended for an adult audience. Our Customer Support Agents should be resilient, mature and professional in order to provide the highest possible quality of the support. Bearing in mind specific content that might be considered offensive by some, we ensure that the support for your well-being will be provided.
• Use your investigator skills and troubleshoot customer’s queries via a ticketing system. No phone calls taken!
• Collaborate with internal teams for project-related requests.
• Provide assistance to client by forwarding them important and key information from all the issues you handle.

Requirements

• Excellent English skills (C1).
• Flexibility in terms of shifts and schedule.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Understanding of basic office applications.
• MS Office and Google suite knowledge would be a perk.
• View and action on potentially sensible content on an ongoing basis.
• Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week (Monday- Sunday).
• Flexibility in terms of shifts and schedule.
• Interest in interactive streaming.

Desirable

• Basic Tech experience.
• Streaming experience.
• Prior experience in Customer Support and/or Community management.
• Process customer request via ticketing system.
• Availability to start immediately.
