In order to expand our team in Berlin or Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the global CSM team in all its endeavors as an inspirational leader, while cultivating a diverse, energetic culture that encourages the best work from team members
• Be responsible for the success of all accounts, ensuring excellent customer experiences and satisfaction in every respect
• Personally cater to key customers and establish loyal and long-term relationships with leadership teams to increase business and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Account Management Team
• Establish and optimize structures and processes to drive the overall performance of the CSM team
• Act as an inspiring hiring manager to build up a powerful team of highly-committed enthusiasts
• Work closely with the Director of Project Management, the Account Management team, as well as the executive team to define and propel the company growth strategy
• Contribute to realworld one’s overall business strategy by sharing your input and ideas

Your profile:

• Highly reliable and well-organized
• Empathetic und cooperative personality with great ambitions and full dedication
• Passion for innovative technologies and VR/AR applications
• Many years of experience in customer service with significant know-how in the field of SaaS solutions
• Experience in the life sciences, the pharmaceutical, analytical or processing industry is a big plus
• Enthusiasm for building stable and appreciative customer relationships with an honest interest in their concerns and wishes
• Excellent cooperative skills with a calm demeanor even in challenging customer interactions
• Inspiring personality with experience in team leadership
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Full proficiency in German and English
