Customer Service for AAA FPS GAME

We help the world’s greatest game development studios provide technical assistance to their players, while they work hard to develop stunning game experiences, including MMOs, AAA blockbusters, indie gems and mobile hits.
We're looking for English speaking agents who are passionate about First Person Shooter games, and ready to contribute to a unique support model where our players report bugs and Support captures configuration info and reproduction steps to drive developer investigation.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Intake and triage tickets, providing troubleshooting and gathering issue details to help the studio prioritize and repro to plan fixes.
- Use your investigative skills and troubleshoot players’ queries via a ticketing system
- Support players through e-mail. You will not take any phone calls!
- Collaboration is key - enjoy working with our teams in studio to dig into technical issues, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing in-game fixes that come from your reports. You must have experience playing First Person Shooters, and be willing to play and become a master of the game you support.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn every day.
- Passion for First Person Shooter (FPS) games
- Full-time availabilty.
- You know your way around either MS Office, including Team and OneNote.
- Previous experience in Customer Service (remote or on-site/retail) is a plus but not essential, full training is provided.
