Job Overview
This role will support the player relationship, monitoring and responding to players’ inquiries on Steam and Wargaming.net Game Center.
Reports To
Director, Player Relations
What will you do?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide information to incoming inquiries from players for financial and account issues, in-game property, game mechanics, game Rules violations and appeal of punishments tickets at all platforms.
- Follow up with players on queries and communicate to the teams on players’ feedbacks.
- Interact with users, monitor forum and maintain the toxicity level on all forums.
- Other matters assigned by supervisor
What are we looking for?
- 0 – 1 year of experience in working with customer service, game communities, SNS, forum administration.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Simplified Chinese and English.
- Ability to read and write in Traditional Chinese is preferable.
- Passion to support and communicate with players.
- Passion for games.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to develop and foster cross-functional relationships.
