Customer Service Representative (Casino)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customer's first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers via email through addressing inquiries, resolving raised issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction for every contact.
• Providing quality service to casino customers and maintaining a positive and player-focused attitude, even when dealing with their concerns.
• Handling and managing the Zendesk volume of tickets and being able to respond efficiently.
• Maintaining friendly and professional attitudes with internal customers to ensure smooth working relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Customer Support Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Minimum of 6 months experience in Casino
