Customer Success Representative
Kano ( www.kanoapps.com ) is looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative who can demonstrate patience and emotional intelligence via the written word. This guru/mediator/peacekeeper is first and foremost a skilled writer with customer service experience, especially handling high pressure situations without losing their cool. They’re driven to solve problems and find solutions, particularly when they don’t know the answers off the top of their head. Curiosity and empathy are critical to success in this role.
In addition to working with players, they also need to communicate clearly with the rest of our team, working together to solve technical issues and advocate for player suggestions and concerns.
While we do offer flexible hours and scheduling, this position will require weekend coverage. This position is part-time and open to remote applicants Canada wide. If there are limitations in when you can work, please state your availability in your cover letter.
In this role, you will be working on meaningful things like:
- Responding to player issues, complaints and conflicts promptly and effectively via email, forums etc.
- Logging technical issues in JIRA and liaising with other Kano departments to address them
- Upholding and driving player experience quality standards via analytics (ticket reviews, ticket ratings)
- Improving to company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Writing support documentation
Your background and experience will include:
- High fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- 2 to 3 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Docs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and hitting concrete deadlines
It would be nice if you have:
- An interest in games, are a gamer,
- A familiarity with the following tools: slack, google suite, JIRA, asana, CRM experience
