JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsabilites :
Business
- Defining and executing the overall CRM/CLM/PRM strategy for Shadow (CRM promise, customer journey, etc.), in collaboration with the User Acquisition, Community, and Product teams
- Creating, designing and implementing automated email marketing campaigns through Adobe Campaign to maximize the users’ ARPU, loyalty and engagement, while minimizing their churn
- Developing multivariate A/B testing to constantly optimize messaging (through ultra-personalization) and email performance
- Ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
- Creating email databases for lead generation
- Closely monitoring, tracking and reporting analytics to ensure they align with growth KPIs; and pro-actively suggesting improvements
- Ensuring emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Proofreading emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Technical
- Cleaning email marketing lists to minimize occurrences of unsubscribes, bounce rates and spam marks
- Monitoring deliverability, complaint rates, bounce rates and sender score rank to reduce risk of being blacklisted
- Upgrading our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Ensuring mobile-friendly email templates
- Pro-actively address technical issues and provide solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- B2C e-commerce background
- Experience driving automated campaigns and effective A/B testing
- Experience scaling CRM platforms using Marketing Automation Tool (ideally Adobe Campaign)
- Experience working with data and segmentation
- Cross-channel experience (eg, web-push, sms and direct email)
- Solid analytical skills
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Fluent in French & English
