To that end, we are looking for a passionate Culture Manager to join our Blizzard team based out of our Irvine, CA headquarters. This role requires a stellar project manager with the ability to not only map and lead a robust project plan spanning many teams and workstreams, but who can also directly take the helm for certain culture initiatives spanning across the company.

- Passionate about Gantt charts, timelines, roadmaps, achievements and steps, and all of the details required to bring a strategic vision to life in a practical project plan

- Confident with budgets, and numbers and not afraid to get into the details of the finances
- A natural communicator who feels comfortable communicating upwards, downwards, sideways, and in calm and crisis
- Known for keeping the trains running efficiently and on time
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take on a new or unforeseen problem, no matter how big or small
- A specialist with the Office suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel – putting together any combination of presentation, instructional guide or report is in your wheelhouse.
Success in this role will be heavily dependent on the ability to balance multiple priorities; establish positive relationships across the company; clearly define partnership expectations with various teams working together under various leadership, and provide valuable support for all our programs and initiatives that are dedicated to building a better Blizzard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with overall culture program planning, operations, and communication
- Build positive relationships across designated teams become the key point of contact for Culture program management and operations
- Proactively lead tracking of all project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, risks are flagged, and key achievements are met
- Lead tracking of project budget and all associated spending, including those initiatives where budget is held outside of the culture cost center
- Build and lead a communication framework to keep internal partners advised on the team’s work and ensure timely executive reporting
- Collaborate and partner with key cross-functional team members to deliver coordinated solutions that support our Culture objectives.
- Maintain clear communications and flow of information with internal and external parties within the program.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3-5 years in roles with responsibility for program management, organization, planning and scheduling of large-scale programs, events, and initiatives at the organizational level
- Confident in Microsoft Office, particularly in building strong storytelling presentations in PowerPoint and building/tracking project plans in Smartsheet
- Experience working on employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to communications, events, learning & development, and recognition.
- Able to work independently and optimally support a diverse team that does not directly report to you nor within the team (influencing without authority)
- Demonstrated ability to work at a fast pace in a multitasking environment and be flexible to ramp up or change directions as needed
- Confident navigating a path forward when working with groups with contending priorities
- Talent for respectful, candid communication, both written and verbal
PLUSES
- Experience in a creative or technical environment
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of the gaming industry
- A passion for games
- Additional graphic design or communications skills
- Experience with social media (internal/Slack and Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $87,480.00 - $161,910.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
