Credit and Collections Specialist

The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in debt collections and Accounts Receivables to join credit and collections team. This is a very dynamic role with broad scope of responsibilities and a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

What you'll be doing

• In this position you will be responsible for daily communication with customers to collect overdue balances and ensure disputes /discrepancies are resolved amicably. In addition you will be performing credit reviews of the accounts.
• To communicate negotiate with customers
• To review details of accounts' information / balances to identify discrepancies and issues.
• Collecting overdue balances amicably and will work together with other departments.
• Handle payment disputes and monitor the accounts' credit limits.

• Ability to work efficiently with minimum guidance.
• Ability to clearly communicate and resolve issues.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and agile environment.
• Analyzing financial information efficiently and bachelor degree in financial related field.

You might also have

• Experience working with systems such as , Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira.
• Having prior experience with credit management/ financial analysis.
