Creator Acquisition Manager (Entry-Level)

The Creator Account Manager operates as the initial point of contact for Mobcrush creators. The Creator Account Manager will strive to grow and retain Mobcrush creators, ensuring a white glove approach to management. They will be responsible for learning and understanding the daily challenges of a streamer, ensuring one-to-one commonality with talent. Tasks will involve discovering new creators and managing user acquisition They are passionate about video games and live streaming. Bonus: They stream, themselves.

Account Manager Job Duties:

- Discover new creators and onboard them to the Mobcrush community.

- Offer technical guidance and streaming expertise.

- Organize valuable creator feedback for product and sales.

Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

- Account Management Experience

- Client-Focused Solutions Experience

- Ability to Communicate Client Needs with Staff

- Talent Management

- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously

- Listening Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills,

- BA/BS Degree.
