Creator Account Manager

The Mobcrush team is currently looking to hire a Creator Account Manager. The position reports to the Director of Creators and will be working very closely with the Community Support team. The Creator Account Manager operates as the initial point of contact for Mobcrush creators. They will build long-term relationships with digital talent and foster growth within the Mobcrush community. The Creator Account Manager will strive to grow and retain Mobcrush creators, ensuring a white glove approach to management. They will be responsible for learning and understanding the daily challenges of a streamer, ensuring one-to-one commonality with talent. Tasks will involve discovering new creators, managing user acquisition and community messaging across social, web and direct, as well as onboarding new creators and ensuring their success.

They are passionate about video games and live streaming.

Responsibilities :

- Discover new creators and onboard them to the Mobcrush community.

- Offer technical guidance and streaming expertise.

- Consult platform-specific best practices.

- Organize valuable creator feedback for product and sales.

- Build and manage campaigns.

- Develop trusted relationships with Mobcrush creators.

- Create and own the ‘voice’ of Mobcrush across social media and streaming.

- Stream using Mobcrush tools daily.
