Creatives Marketing Manager

Creatives are the first point of contact of millions of users with our games. To have an appealing Ad that resonates with the audience is to have an important competitive advantage among literally millions of mobile games worldwide. To do that we developed an unique process that combines creativity and data analysis to produce and learn from the most high-performing creatives of our games' segments. Our role is to make sure that all potential users end up playing our games, efficiently. That means we have to:
- Impact these users on the most cost-efficient way across all placements available in the world
- Understand users’ behaviors and predict how valuable they are for our games
About the Role
The Creatives Intel Team is responsible for ensuring that Wildlife consistently produces the best creatives of the world in an efficient manner. You will be responsible for a game's creative results and for the decisions that will allow it to reach millions of users daily resonating with different audiences across the globe. This role suits those who master the process of transforming good ideas in incredible results and want to make a direct impact on the growth of the business by bringing millions of new users to our games.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for the creative results of your game, making important decisions towards efficiency in the three main steps of the process: ideation, prioritization and optimization
- Develop hypotheses, test plans, measure live performance and execute competitor analysis
- Collaborate and communicate for results with important stakeholders such as the Creation team, the Production team, the User Acquisition team
- Identify audience segmentations and explore opportunities to optimize multiple game's channels
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Broad knowledge of statistics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Understands how to analyze metrics and data, in order to take appropriate action
- Basic programming skills (preferably R and SQL) are a differential
- Intermediate writing and speaking English skills
