The team:
Within Ubisoft's international production headquarters, which coordinates our 36 studios worldwide, you will join the Production Communities and Competitive Intelligence team, which has a new dynamism and is dedicated to monitoring all internal communities of practice.
Job ambition:
We are looking for a Creative Content & Design Community Assistant in the Production Communities and Competitive Intelligence department, who will be managed by the team leader in charge of the Creative Content & Design Community. You will support the team leader in bringing connections and sharing knowledge between the Ubisoft experts of creative & artistic direction, game design, narrative, UI/UX and more, a whole new community within the company.
Your tasks:
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
· Create
o The Creative Content & Design Community is a brand new community at Ubisoft that potentially involves thousands of developers and employees. The mission will bring you to collaborate closely with the team leader, building it step by step and relatively to your everyday learnings.
· Knowledge sharing
o Intensify resource sharing within the Creative Content & Design Community
§ Archiving of internal/external benchmarks, project practices and reviews, group guidelines
§ Organization of sharing calls with the WW communities
o Support to produce a monthly newsletter for the Creative Content & Design Community
§ Prospection for content
§ Collaboration/interviews with internal contributors to create articles
§ Formatting for sending
§ Analysis of usage data and iterative optimization
o Design sharing platforms for the Creative Content & Design Community
§ Make a first diagnostic of the community needs
§ Collaborate with Ubisoft Knowledge Management teams to propose most appropriate solutions
· Events
o Contribute to the organization of digital and physical Events
§ Production of communication materials
§ Accompanying participants from onboarding to closing
§ Handling relations with service providers (seminar rooms, restaurants, hotels, external contributors)
Qualifications
Your profile:
- You are a Gap Year or Graduated student looking for a first/second experience in the industry
- You have strong project management skills, you like to deliver on time with a high quality requirement;
- You have excellent written and oral English communication skills;
- Your interpersonal skills enable you to deal with various kinds of stakeholders (senior, junior, providers, management, team)
- You are creative! A good command of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus;
- You are enthusiast about the video game industry and its artistic domains.
Additional Information
Conditions:
- Work-study to be filled from september 2022. Indicate the work-study rhythm in the cover letter.
- Location: Saint-Mandé, accessible by metro line 1 or RER A.
- Health context: autonomous management of face-to-face work, teleworking possible.
