We are seeking a sharp and confident Traffic Manager to shepherd marketing assets through our creative development pipeline. From request to delivery, you will be crucial to the successful launch of our marketing campaigns. In support of the Digital Marketing Creative Services team you will work closely with producers, project managers, and creatives to ingest, triage, track, troubleshoot, and report for a wide variety of digital assets, from display ads and key art to TV spots and cinematic trailers.
What You'll Do!
You will spend a good portion of your time helping to ensure that each project asset is set up for success from the very start. Assessing requests to be sure prerequisite information is complete and accurate, that the scope is clear, and that creation is feasible.
From there, you will track and monitor assets as they move through the workflow to identify and report issues, moving to troubleshoot and resolve. While keeping a regular cadence of reporting and communication with all team members. Additionally, you will collaborate with the project management team to continually improve department workflows and systems.
What You'll Bring
- Strong ability to stay focused, detail oriented, and organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication, teamwork, and relationship building skills.
- Keen ability to keep the larger picture in mind while making small detail decisions.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated success managing workflows, especially creative ones, at advertising agencies, or similar, using project management software like Asana, Smartsheet, etc.
