Creative Team Lead

Playtika is looking for a passionate Creative team leader to be part of “Best Fiends” Creative department and lead all the creative side of Monetization in our studio.

Responsibilities

Responsible for bringing the strategy to life by using our unique narrative and exiting art style.

Ensure to deliver a high quality, clear, readable, and creative design that will increase the engagement of our players along with keeping high standards of creative excellence aligned with the business strategy.

· Manage the creative team – graphic designers & copywriters

· Lead and accompany creative team while developing creative concepts – providing feedback and creative direction, contributing to the evolution of the projects and overseeing all creative aspects of the game.

· Work closely with creative strategist to identify and suggest business insights and creative solutions

· Ensure the designs are executed according to agreed deadlines

· Work with external agencies when needed

· Present creative concepts to stakeholders

· Driving continuous creative thinking to deliver best results

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience managing and directing a creative team – preferable from a gaming company

· Copywriting experience within a creative environment

· Good design portfolio showcasing creative work

· Strong creative vision and innovative thinking with an understanding of business objectives

· A thoughtful, articulate, decisive and admirable leader with the ability to build and inspire a loyal team

· Excellent presentation and planning skills

· Experience working in a global company and on international campaigns
