Creative Solution Architect, Unreal Engine Project - XLA

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Solution Architect to join our team. As the Creative Solution Architect, your primary role will be to develop custom solutions and craft compelling product stories tailored to the specific needs and profiles of our clients who have XLA’s integrated. You will collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design innovative solutions, and present them effectively. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative UI/UX design, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the digital solutions industry. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and specific needs.
• Translate client requirements into innovative and custom solutions that align with XLA’s product offerings and capabilities.
• Develop compelling product stories and narratives that effectively communicate the value and benefits of XLA’s solutions to the client's target audience.
• Create visual mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate the proposed solutions and product story.
• Present solutions and product stories to clients in a persuasive and engaging manner, addressing their concerns and building confidence in the proposed solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of the proposed solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and digital solutions to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Conduct research and analysis of client profiles, industries, and market trends to inform the customization and personalization of product stories.
• Provide guidance and support to sales teams in positioning XLA’s solutions, articulating unique selling points, and addressing client requirements.
• Continuously iterate and refine the creative solution architecture process based on client feedback, market insights, and internal learnings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on crafting custom solutions and product stories.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, to create visual mock-ups and prototypes.
• Deep understanding of the digital solutions industry, including web development, mobile applications, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, development, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research, analyze client profiles, and identify key insights to inform the customization of product stories.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the digital solutions industry.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
