Creative Production Assistant (Mobile Games)

PerBlue is searching for our next great Creative Production Assistant to join our team of experienced mobile game artists and producers. We’re a growing independent studio whose free-to-play midcore mobile games are being played by millions of people around the world, including the award-winning Disney Heroes: Battle Mode .
Our team brings together experience from major studios in the videogame and technology industries. Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, we also work remotely around the United States for an unmatched quality of life and work.
In this entry-level opportunity, you’ll work with our Studio Art Director and the rest of our art team to create amazing experiences for our mobile game fans around the world. You’ll help manage the production art pipeline and project management for our mobile games. You have an interest in videogame development and a tenacious eye for product quality, with a craving for organization, process, and checklists that all help bring our games and their heroes to life.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management tasks related to task creation, asset tracking, asset organization, and scheduling
- Create, organize and maintain the projects’ documents and asset filing systems
- Monitor the projects’ schedules in order to relay any necessary information about the projects’ status to personnel both on and off the internal team
- Upload, organize and save assets to the repo
- Preparing asset specifications
- Organizing and scheduling art team building activities
- Creative asset quality control
Your Experience
- Evidence of art-related project management experience in a videogame or other fast-paced environment
- Understanding of project management software, processes and practices
- Proficiency in spreadsheet organization and creation

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with JIRA or other project management toolsets
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Previous experience or education in Production Assistance or Quality Assurance for game dev or creative fields
