Creative Producer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Creative Producer with a proven track record in producing high-quality advertising content.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our creative team.

Responsibilities:

• The Creative Producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from concept development to final delivery.
• Work with our creative team to develop high-quality advertising content that meets the needs of our clients
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of the production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support ongoing production needs
• Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
• Ensure that all content is produced in accordance with brand guidelines and meets quality standards
• Lead the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in advertising production, with a focus on digital content
• Experience leading a team of creatives and production staff
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and Basecamp.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
