We are seeking a talented and operationally skilled Creative Producer with a strong focus on live-action productions. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of live-action projects, ensuring that content is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands excellent organizational skills, operational expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee all stages of live-action production projects, from initial planning and concept development to shooting, post-production, and final delivery.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for live-action shoots, ensuring smooth on-set operations and seamless execution.
• Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, including production houses, equipment rental companies, and freelance talent.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including directors, cinematographers, editors, and other production crew, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all live-action content, ensuring consistency with Moon Active’s brand and creative vision.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all productions comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: At least 8 years of experience in an operations-focused production role, particularly in international productions for live-action content for gaming, entertainment, or advertising industries.
• Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Operational Expertise: Extensive knowledge of production processes, logistics, on-set management, and post-production workflows.
• Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with external vendors and service providers.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with project management tools and software such as JIRA, Monday, or similar platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of production meet the highest standards.
