Creative Operations Manager

We’re seeking a results-driven, analytical & entrepreneurial-minded Creative Operations Manager with a background in mobile advertising to help manage all facets of Chartboost creative strategy, production, margin optimization and creative health.
As part of the Creative Operations team and working with the business and operations demand teams, you will execute the strategy, production, delivery and monitoring of our creative solutions. You lead creative projects, creative production management, performance evaluation and participate in the ideation of creative strategies and concepts to ensure the success of our advertising partners. Having knowledge of the mobile ad-tech ecosystem, experience with creatives and familiarity with key concepts like ROAS, CPM, IPM, CTR and others is highly recommended.
We are looking for someone who is eager, methodical, analytical, curious, results oriented, with strong attention to detail and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and timely.
This is an individual key contributor role based in Amsterdam.
Impact you will make:
- Lead creative initiatives in all phases of creative development - from creative strategy to planning to concept to execution with a hands-on approach to produce high quality creatives that get results
- Produce detailed data-driven evaluation of the different creative performance and iterate on these while capturing actionable insights
- Oversee and troubleshoot creative quality and performance. Bringing a high level of design standards, practice and aesthetics to all design solutions and executions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in developing creative plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for effective creative solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase impact, efficiencies, streamline processes and improve our technology and tools
- Be passionately curious about all things creative, including market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of creative project management, creative production, adops or similar experience within agency, studio, media, production company, creative vendors or in-house creative teams
- Proven experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget with a hands on approach
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growth environment while managing multiple projects with superb project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating with both business and engineering teams across all levels of an organization
- Excellent data analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving
- An eye for design with superb attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Must be a self-starter, with a positive “get stuff done” attitude and a passionate curiosity for all things creative
- BA/BS degree in design, marketing, advertising, communications or other related fields
The following experience would be a plus:
- SQL and advanced data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Programmatic/RTB environments
- Passion for mobile games
- Master’s degree in marketing, business or design
