Creative Marketing Services Associate Producer - Diablo

Blizzard Entertainment’s Creative Marketing Services is looking for an Associate Producer to help drive Diablo projects as they move from inception, creative development to completion. You’ll work with our Creative Marketing Services Diablo Producer on content development initiatives for social, owned and operated channels, digital advertising, motion graphics, video content, branding, including logos and style guides. And you’ll coordinate with the Creative Marketing Services Team to ensure results are timely and distributed across various channels.

The right candidate has excellent interpersonal and time-management skills. You’ll maintain achievement schedules and provide real-time transparency to our Creative Marketing Services team regarding project status and risks impacting delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and distribute achievement schedules for all projects.
• Mitigate project risks or potential threats. Adjust and communicate schedule updates as vital to maintain final delivery dates.
• Work with Design Leads to ensure strategic and visual brand consistency of Diablo.
• Schedule, lead and document all meetings needed for creative briefing, review, and approval of projects assigned.
• Handle outside contractors and agencies, set up relationships and lead the flow of assets and communication.
• Review all project deliverables to ensure they are free of typos, inconsistencies, errors and ensure they meet internal and external requirements including specifications, file formats and brand/legal guidelines.
• Lead purchasing, purchase requisitions, and any necessary contracts.

Requirements:

• A shown ability in project management/producing in a creative environment – preferably advertising/design agency, game developer or entertainment studio.
• Experience with Project Management software.
• Authoritative knowledge of the creative development process.
• Knowledge of digital content development for social, static and motion graphics.
• Excellent critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with outstanding interpersonal and time-management abilities.
• Self-starting with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity.
• Service-oriented attitude.
• A love of video games.
• Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential matters.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, G-Suite as well as Adobe Acrobat.

Pluses:

• Knowledge of multi-channel Mobile Marketing creative development
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Entertainment experience – preferably gaming
