Creative Marketing Producer

Sago Mini is looking for a creative marketing producer to manage the creation of assets for our digital marketing campaigns. As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the Growth and Product teams to create creative briefs and work with freelancers and agencies to create high-quality materials that are effective and aligned with our brand standards. The creative marketing producer is responsible for coordinating and growing our pool of designers, photographers, videographers, editors, motion designers and copywriters. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced agency or start-up environment.

Sago Mini is a leading publisher of preschool apps and toys worldwide. Our team combines beautiful artwork and carefully crafted code to create the very best experiences for young children both on and off the screen.

Responsibilities:

• Craft clear, concise creative briefs in collaboration with growth and product teams.
• Establish and track project milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate the efforts of the designers, writers, photographers as needed.
• Organize and coordinate all details around photo and video shoots including locations, talent and releases.
• Ensure the creative assets are effective and aligned with our brand standards.

Requirements:

• Background in marketing, design or a related field.
• 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Clear understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• A passion for marketing and excellent communication skills.
• Organized, proactive project manager: able to balance multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously.
• An eye for design.

Ideal candidates will have:

• An energetic, outgoing mindset.
• A working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Experience working with freelance design and photography talent.
• Willingness to step in and do what it takes to get projects across the line.

What a day might look like in this role. You begin your day presenting a brief for a set of 10s video ads to internal stakeholders for feedback. Next you kick off a search for a new copywriter to help take on some overflow work. After lunch you review a set of newly completed assets before passing them along to the growth team. Then you help work with a photographer to ensure they have all the details and materials they need for an upcoming shoot. To wrap up your day you organize and hand off a set of visual assets to a video editor for their next project.
