Creative Marketing Manager

The role will be global and span the King gaming portfolio including Candy Crush & new game launches, working within a team of creative marketing specialists.
Core Responsibilities
Shaping and delivering high- profile campaigns with creativity and innovation
- Shape and deliver creative campaigns including responsibility for TV, digital, print, content production workstreams, managing your own campaigns with support, and be an integral part of the team working on large projects with ability to run key workstreams
- Manage creative partners and suppliers including freelance consultants, creative agencies and production / post- production partners including setting up and onboarding agencies
- Manage campaign budgets with meticulous attention to detail and forward- planning, working with the Associate Creative Marketing Manager to ensure flawless tracking of budgets across the team
- Manage TV ad production edit adaptations; legal approvals, localisation, usage and music rights for global TV planning
- Prepare, present and distribute campaign presentations, internally and externally to key partners
- Respond to asset requests from external partners to ensure they are provided with all relevant materials and asset release form
- Bringing strategic rigour and an audience- centric mindset to everything we do
- Write campaign briefs and devise strategies to include gathering insights, competitor landscape analysis and translating insights into effective brand and campaign strategies, ensuring we always stay audience and insight- centric.
- Bring knowledge of the evolving media landscape to creative development, working closely with the comms planning team to craft strategic, integrated and innovative campaign plans
- Stay up- to- date with gaming, media & creative industry trends and innovations, and pro- actively share insights and information with the team
- Put in place effective campaign measurement and analyse brand and market performance with a good understanding of key brand and game metrics, along with those of our competitors working closely with our insights team
- Understanding of measurement and KPI’s utilising best practices and key learnings to ensure we produce the best content
- Be a driver and innovator within the marketing organisation
- Bring agile thinking to non- linear campaign planning processes, working in cross- discipline project teams, in order to shape campaign plans applying strategic, creative and project management skills as required
- A growth mindset is key to thriving in the agile, collaborative culture where we work closely with teams from across the marketing organisation
- Standout organizational and project planning skills are key, as you will be handling multiple projects, liaising with internal and external partners, whilst ensuring timely and in- budget deliverables

- Relevant experience in a marketing or agency account/brand manager role with a proven track record in delivering outstanding campaigns with commercial results
- Great creative and strategic instincts, driven by the desire to make great work, creatively ambitious.
- Experience working with creative/production agencies
- Experience delivering campaigns including TV, print, digital, social. TV experience is preferable but what we’re really after is creative effectiveness: someone passionate about creativity in all its forms
- You’ll have solid experience of how to use insights effectively to drive creative strategies and taking a player- centric approach to inform creative development
- You’ll be confident in setting up campaign measurement & analysis in order to assess the performance of, and optimise, our campaigns and creative content
- You’ll be a digital native with an in- depth understanding of all digital and social channels, with experience of planning & delivering effective digital campaigns
- Strong presentation skills, an impeccable eye for detail
- Ability to bring a proactive, efficient and solutions- focused mindset
- You should have experience of juggling multiple schedules and workflow, handling a high volume of requests simultaneously and working with content management systems
- An enthusiasm and passion for games and an understanding of marketing or digital businesses is a must
- Position is based in London with some travel
Tasty Bonus Skills
- Experience working both agency and client side is a definite bonus
- Experience in mobile, gaming, entertainment, content marketing
- Proven strategic ability/led strategic project
- Experience of working with talent, influencers or events
- Knowledge of the US consumer landscape
