We are looking for a results oriented Creative Marketing Lead to join us at Amazon Games. Reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing, this role will work closely with other members of the internal creative team, the cross-functional marketing and paid media teams, and outside vendors to drive innovative consumer-facing marketing from concept to completion ensuring work is strategic and aligned with the overall global marketing strategy and delivers results. Additionally, this role will use data to inform creative throughout the product lifecycle including optimization stages for live services. The marketing creative that this position will lead includes, but is not limited to trailers, key art, online advertising, and web for our live service titles.

o Experience working cross-functionally to collaborate and align strategy with stakeholders and manage and implement feedback.
o Experience using data, insights and customer feedback to inform creative development and then adapting and learning to optimize results.
o Ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple concurrent projects while being flexible to changing business and technical conditions.
o Be a solutions-oriented self-starter who is excited to tackle problems within a team setting or individually.
o Ability to take a hands-on approach during creative development process.
o Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as creative problem-solving skills.
o Willingness to learn and test and try new things.

Key job responsibilities
o Oversee development of marketing creative from concept and brief to final execution through a variety of mediums including, but not limited to trailers, key art, online advertising and web for live service titles.
o Provide actionable feedback on creative assets during the development process.
o Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with marketing and paid/performance media teams to develop creative strategy for live service game campaigns to ensure the creative meets goals across various campaign beats.
o Work hands-on during creative development as needed.
o Optimize and iterate on creative based on performance data.
o Work with both internal creative team and external agencies to develop and execute original creative and/or production.
o Keep up with latest trends to inform creative development.

Basic Qualifications

o 5+ years as a creative director or creative lead on an internal creative team or agency.
o 5+ years working in games or entertainment industry.
o Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
o Ability to work cross-functionally across various disciplines to ensure goals are being met with creative.
o Strong verbal, communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

o Passionate gamer
o Hands-on experience developing multimedia creative.
o Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
