Creative Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and battle-tested Creative Lead who’s passionate about games, to drive the design and creative aspects of our interactive digital experiences!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a design team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved.
- Oversee the creation and quality of art assets to best fit the design concepts for our digital projects.
- Work with various teams to gather project requirements through discovery and envisioning processes.
- Create user-centric visualizations for proposed technical solutions.
- Support program managers & project managers in the estimation of project plans and timelines
- Support pre-sales team in the creation of proposals, the scope of work estimating and planning new business pitches
Requirements
Excellent verbal presentation skills with the ability to lead conversationsKnowledge of real-time 3D technology, AR/VRStrong leadership and people management skillsStrong knowledge of design process and project managementPrior experience with game engines such as Unreal or UnityBenefits
