Creative Graphic Design Lead

ABOUT AZRA GAMES:

Azra Games is building the first modern, Web3 AAA game studio in the world. Founded by Mark Otero, the creator of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, we are building at the intersection of fun and finance. We have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to define a new category, GameFi, and WAGMI together. Our studio is based in the heart of California’s capital city where we’re building epic game experiences.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Marketing team and develop content across owned and paid channels including our website, Twitter, Discord, and more. You would be working closely with our Marketing Director to define and conceptualize the design and creative aspects of a project and execute them across platforms.

• Ability to consider content creation across the customer journey.
• Assist with organic social media campaigns.
• Design landing pages, paid ads, promotional material.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and iteratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Residing in the Sacramento, CA area; work from our studio location
• A passion for translating business objectives into amazingly designed work.
• 3-8 years experience in graphic design.
• An expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Up-to-date with current trends in social media and graphic design tools.
• Strong copywriting skills are a plus.
• Efficient with communication skills and a passion for your craft.
  
• Bonus points if you have:
• Knowledge of gaming communities and Discord.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience with web design including, Adobe XD, Figma, and/or Webflow.
