Creative Director

JOB OPPORTUNITY

Job Title: Creative Director

Job Location: Los Angeles, California

Job Duties:

Lead the design, look and feel, and user experience across Within's VR/AR products and

experiences. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on functional requirements and lead

the design and execution of VR/AR products and experiences. Lead the creative team through the

introduction of new and innovative methods of creative execution. Establish a strong design culture by

staying at the forefront of emerging trends and best practices. Clearly articulate design decisions to a vast

set of internal stakeholders. Establish creative strategy for key design projects. Develop and design

concepts and execute creative material as required. Synthesize expansive and ambiguous business

requirements and accomplish them through design.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Multimedia Design, or a related field, plus one (1) year experience developing applications for mobile platforms.

Experience must include:

1] 2D character illustration and concept art;

2] 3D modeling, texturing, and animation;

3] Software development in Unity; Javascript; and

4] UX design including wireframing, flows, and personas.
