PTW is a global leader in gaming and digital services, with a presence in 16 countries and a focus on innovation in the gaming industry. We're now looking for a dynamic Creative Director to lead the creative vision for our new social media app targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha gamers.

About the Role:

As the Creative Director, you will be at the forefront of defining and driving the creative vision and strategy for our new social app aimed at teen gamers. You will manage the UX/UI team and oversee all aspects of creative direction, including art, sound effects, and interactive content, ensuring high-quality brand representation. This role requires a combination of creative leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on design expertise to deliver engaging user experiences and innovative content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling creative vision and strategy for the app, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand identity, and user needs.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the UX/UI team (including an Art Manager, Senior UI/UX Engineer, and Senior UI/UX Designer), fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.

• Creative Direction: Oversee all aspects of creative direction, from visual design to sound effects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of creative content.

• User Experience Design: Lead the creation of engaging, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

• Creative Content Development: Direct the development of visual and interactive content, including app interfaces, illustrations, animations, and marketing assets, in collaboration with the marketing and product teams.

• Brand Representation: Ensure all creative output consistently represents the brand, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all platforms.

• Market Research & Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, user preferences, and the competitive landscape to keep the app innovative and appealing to its target audience.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align creative strategies with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.

• Team Growth: Identify talent needs and recruit top creative talent to build a high-performing and innovative creative team.

• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of creative initiatives and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Qualifications:
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in the gaming, social app, or tech industries.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creative direction across various media, including UX/UI, art, sound, and marketing assets.
• User-Centered Design: Deep expertise in user-centered design principles with a passion for creating engaging, seamless, and intuitive user experiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other relevant software.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive user engagement and align with business goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Market Awareness: Keen understanding of industry trends, user preferences, and the competitive landscape in gaming and social apps.
