Creative Director Publishing

As Creative Director of the Publishing division, you will be responsible for the quality of projects published by QUANTIC DREAM in collaboration with external studios.

You will work in close collaboration with the creative and artistic directors of the external studios and with the artistic direction of QUANTIC DREAM in order to achieve a high-level global artistic experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the artistic quality of external projects and define areas for improvement.
• Oversee action plans and collaboration between external studios and internal experts on storytelling, gameplay, graphic quality and the overall game experience.
• In collaboration with the Marketing and Communication department, ensure the high quality of the editorial content (screenshots, trailers, websites, etc.) used for the worldwide promotion of the games.

Profile

• Good experience in the creative direction of AA or AAA projects,
• Excellent knowledge of the industry, current trends and quality benchmarks in the current market,
• Good knowledge of the general process of designing and making a video game and good technical understanding,
• Good artistic sensibility and gameplay,
• You like working in a team, collaborating with creative and artistic directors,
• You are able to make suggestions to enrich the artistic direction defined while respecting it,
• Passionate about your job, you are a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills,
• You speak English fluently and are willing to travel.
