GSN Games is looking for a Creative Director, Marketing to join our fabulous team in Tel Aviv!

What You’ll Do:
You will work with the VP of Marketing and other senior team members to develop and own the marketing creative strategy and roadmap.
You Will:
- Ensure that the creative roadmap aligns with the division’s overall business goals.
- Ensure that the creative design team owns and drives a cohesive vision for the look, feel, user experience, and messaging for all of the Marketing creative output.
- Research, document, and communicate competitive trends in marketing design for our category of social games.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, pushing the creative team to exceed expectations.
- Partner with the Analytics and Player Insights teams to A/B test creative themes optimizing for business-driven KPIs.
- Manage, mentor, coach, and assign tasks to the creative design team, supervising their timely completion of projects.
- Develop and evangelise the standards for both the user experience and the game design process.
You Will:
- Have 8+ years of experience in a Director-level Creative/Design role for online markets.
- Have an encyclopedic knowledge of our category of social games marketing.
- Be incredibly self-motivated and innovative.
- Be creative with a unique approach to persistent problems, adding value to existing products and deriving positives from negatives.
- Be able to take charge of any situation, exerting a dominant vision and encouraging others to support that vision.
- Have exceptional communication skills and be able to bridge the gap between the business and creative sides of the division.
- Be able to multitask and manage a number of different projects at once.
- Be able to translate ideas into actionable projects.
- Speak Russian at native level
- Speak English at excellent level
- Be able and willing to travel abroad at least 2-to-3 times per quarter.
