Creative Designer

Role: Creative Designer

Experience Level: Mid-Senior

Years Experience: Minimum 2 years (Marketing agency or Video Games experience)

We are upgrading our skillset and adding two new experienced Creative Designers to our global marketing team. You will work as an integral part of our team, which collaborates over three time zones (USA, Malaysia, and Central Europe). You get to bring your vision and creativity to an established brand, and play with all the content creation possibilities that lie ahead.

Your responsibility is to be the master of visual branding. Your work will connect to marketing strategy and company goals, ensuring we produce and publish content that engages and excites our global audiences.

The Job Involves:

• Studying design briefs, scoping the workflow, and connecting the request to the company goals and marketing strategy.
• Mastering the brand identity, finding ways to play that engage and attract new and existing audiences.
• Producing sketches, storyboards, mock ups, and roughs to visualize ideas, and being able to communicate them through excellent written and verbal presentations.
• Become the guru of brand and visual guidelines
• Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience and finding visuals that maximise opportunities across multiple digital and physical platforms.
• Work collaboratively with an international team across time zones and cultures.
• Own your content from concept to publishing to feedback and iteration.
• Stay on top of industry and digital marketing trends to maintain and implement best practices.

Requirements

About You:

• You bring your advertising, B2B, B2C, and digital marketing experience to the table, and have a commitment to continuously learn.
• Engaging with people through visual content is what you love to do.
• Taking constructive criticism, making adjustments, providing options, offering solutions, and testing content is just part of the job. Nobody is precious here.
• You can translate a creative brief into viable options for the team, and support your work with research, and strategy.
• You can explain complex information in simple and understandable terms.
• Project and time management are a given for you.
