Job Description

Reporting to the Director of the Gameloft Creative Agency, as the Creative Agency Team Lead you will work closely with the User Acquisition Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Live Ops Specialists to coordinate the production of video and static assets for various projects. You will oversee a team of 2D artists, 3D artists, motion designers, and video editors, helping them via training, setting targets, and organizing tasks to create user acquisition and marketing assets that reach new levels of quantifiable success. You will develop an action plan to allow the team to deliver high-quality creative assets within the required deadlines. You will ensure the successful internal operation of the team.
