Creative Agency Director

Reporting to the UA Director, as the Creative Agency Director you will lead the WW Creative Agency in order to maximize the efficiency of the existing organization to ensure the internal stakeholders (Marketing and UA) satisfaction and performance.

From the beginning of your journey with us you will:

• Define the vision and the main goals of the internal Creative Agency.
• Manage the different teams created and embedded in local in our production studios.
• Help those teams to reach their main goals, in terms of quality, quantity and performance for the material produced (creatives).
• Maximize the processes of internal assets production for marketing and UA (tools and practices)
• Ensure a mindset of innovation within the teams (tools, practices, benchmarks).
• Follow and push the team members to expand their principal design skills (trainings)
• Define the budgets associated to the internal Creative Agency (human resources and framework: tools mainly).
• Maintain and improve the relationship between the internal Creative Agency and the internal stakeholders/clients: game teams, marketing, UA…
• Be the champion of the team internally.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 to 7 years' experience in assets production, marketing or a related field, UA being a big plus
• Experience in managing people is a must
• A previous experience on the gaming industry will be considered but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Able to be create a growth plan for your team
• Team player
• Innovative mindset
• A passion for video games of course
