Corporate Strategy Associate

As a Corporate Strategy Associate , you will play a key role in driving growth and business success across the organization. You will leverage your analytical skills to tackle a wide range of different problem spaces -- spanning tech/gaming, blockchain, and finance. You are comfortable diving deep into any task, be it strategic analysis, market research, or storytelling. Strong candidates possess exceptional business judgement and communication skills to deliver consistent, high quality outcomes.

In this role, you will...

• Leverage your outstanding eye for detail in creating polished, high-impact presentations
• Communicate data-driven insights to internal stakeholders, the leadership team, and external audiences
• Develop a deep understanding of market opportunities and trends, with an emphasis on the blockchain and gaming industries
• Manage schedules, verify milestones, and execute on goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ultimately, work on strategic challenges that have major impact on Forte’s products and services, partners, and teams

To be a good fit, you have...

• A “roll up the sleeves” attitude that demonstrates a bias towards action and impact
• A low ego, a desire to take ownership, and intellectual curiosity
• An understanding of the fundamentals of blockchain technology, developer platforms, game design, and / or token economics
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for creative problem-solving with unstructured information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field, and 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience at a management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, or Bain)

Bonus if you also have...

• Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, visualizations, and presentations
• Deep understanding of blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, and cryptocurrencies
• Prior experience working at a high growth company or conducting market research
