Each year, we produce over 40,000 art assets, 12 million words of audio, 155 million words translated, 1.5 million hours of testing and resolve 7 million customer support tickets. We work with 22 of the Top 25 games companies by revenue for 2016.

Objective of the Position

The Corporate Social Responsibility & Communication Regional Manager supports the development and implementation of CSR and Engagement initiatives in the Americas. Focus is on addressing issues that are of concern to our employees, customers and other stakeholders enabling Keywords to be a better organization that makes a positive contribution to our industry and communities.

The Corporate Social Responsibility & Communication Regional Manager will have 4 main connected roles:

Corporate Social Responsibility

Under the direction of the Regional Platform Director, the person will be responsible for developing and promoting Keywords Corporate Social Responsibility efforts across the Americas studios, in-line with the Global CSR strategy. They will be instrumental in creating partnerships with regional and local nonprofit organizations. Working closely with HR and Studio Management, they will promote ways for our company and staff to participate in the development of communities pertaining to our values. They will be reach out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility.

They will also provide all necessary materials to support the RFPs to our clients, showing all the efforts made regarding our Corporate Social Responsibility and the importance it is for our group.

Diversity and Inclusion:

The person will gather, review and report diversity data as well as current D&I initiatives within the Region. They will provide guidance and support developing innovative D&I programs to the Regional Director, Studio Leadership and HR. They will represent Keywords at D&I events in the Americas and be the Americas point of contact for external partners in D&I (e.g. Women in Games etc.). They will liaise with Keywords DEI council to ensure they are fully informed and have input into DEI initiatives in the Region.

Communication:

As part of the Communications team, working with the Global Communications Manager, the person will help develop a communication strategy, craft messages, develop materials, ensure communication delivery, and measures effectiveness of channels. They will ensure consistency of all Regional communications content and delivery. A prime part of the role will be supporting the Regional Platform Director and Studio Heads in their communication needs both internal and external. The person will help promote the Keywords brand externally through events and partnership in order to create a sense of belonging to something “bigger” for our staff.

Regional Engagement:

The Corporate Social Responsibility & Communication Regional Manager will also seek opportunities to bring our staff from all over the region together (virtually and physically), through the organization of Regional staff events, initiatives, and communications, to reinforce our values and promote a fun and culturally sensitive environment.
